500 Server Error when configuring Dynamics 365 Solution for on-premise CRM |
Some customers attempting to configure an on-premise Dynamics 365 CRM(9.2 and older reported) experienced a 500 server error. This error was caused by the system querying the user's permission level. When the query returned the requested data, it did so in an unexpected format(string instead of UUID). We have modified that query to pass the data in the expected format to resolve the issue. |
